1 - Get VPN of Spain (Preferably, use updated CyberGhost oh nordvpn)
2 - Create a new Gmail from Spain alone or use a Spanish Gmail. If you ask for verification by mobile phone number you MUST DO it.
YOU CAN NOT USE A MAIL THAT IS FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY. THE GMAIL ACCOUNT SHOULD BE FROM SPAIN THE SAME AS GOOGLE CLOUD'S ACCOUNT.
OTHERWISE, YOU CANCEL THE FIRST.

NOTE: For the mail, use REAL DATA. You can find them on GOOGLE by typing "b"
(look for SOME person from Madrid)

3 - http://cloud.google.com/
4 - Register the new Google Cloud account with data from the area (Province, City) where you REGISTER the GMAIL ACCOUNT.
Search for a REAL company and put all the REAL information.

5 - Enter a DNI, to do so go to http://generadordni.es/
6 - The IBAN can be obtained in google by writing "IBAN 'ES87'" and you must FILTER the search by RECENT RESULTS
YOU CAN FILTER IN GOOGLE CLOUD ACCORDING TO THE BIC. TO FIND OUT BANK AND BIC USA (es.ibancalculator.com)
IMPORTANT: The IBAN data must be real including the ACCOUNT HOLDER.

7 - Put the name and surname of the GMAIL account in the signer's name.
